2003 was told would get special price on day planner. Never received but Visa charge twice for regular price. Made 15 calls to clear this up. AOL actually "Hung" up in my face twice. Poor business pratice. I would suggest you go to Office Depot and get your planner, better and cheaper and no hassel.
