AOL - have a ongoing problem with the charges that AOL post to my account every month

My name is Olivia B and I have a ongoing problem with the charges that AOL post to my account every month,starting with june.My screen name is Summerdaysy,and I am currently on a promotional monthly fee with Aol of $14.95.That can stand,it is correct.

But what I am contesting is the monthly fees of $23.90 and $2.95,starting with june,since my mom,(who's account with Aol I was paying in her behalf)discontinued her Aol usage,starting with june.So,I do not want to be charged on my Am.Ex.card for her account no more.Her screen name is

Email User,please review my account and do not charge my Am Ex anymore for theYannajuly account;I am refering to the monthly charges of $23.90 and$2.95 for her premium services.

Since august,my mom is using her Aol again(she was dissapointed with Verizon),so she came back to Aol,using a promotional FREE usage of AOL up until october,so,again she do NOT have to pay or ME to be charged on my Am Ex for ANYTHING EXCEPT MY AOL CURRENT USE,witch is only $14.95 monthly.

In conclusion,the only charges that I am supposed to see from the AOL is Right now just $14.95 monthly for my account.I have spoken in july with a Aol Customer rep.,to cancel the Yannajuly account posted to my Am.Ex,I unfortunatelly lost my cancelatioun number,but even so the charges I was contesting should have been taken care of,but were not.After october my mom will send a check for

her own AOL account.

Please contact me at Summerdaysy with your answer and please stop AUTOMATICALLY BILLING MY Am.Ex.CARD for ANYTHING ELSE OTHER THAN MY OWN USE OF AOL($14.95 monthly).Otherwise you give my no choise but to consider another company for my Internet use.
