I have downloaded the mentioned program from the website panda.com about the beginning of June 2004. The problem that I have with this software is as follows:

This anti-virus program does what most of these programs do. It connect when you connect to the internet and then update itself automatically. Now let me explain that when this happens it works great and I have no problem with this software.

However after about 2-3 weeks it comes up with a message one day, to tell you that your User ID and password are invalid. You can re-enter that as many times as you like but to no avail. Then while you wait for the Technical support department to answer you, the program changes from the English language into Spanish.

After a long wait the Panda tech support told me to uninstall this program and to re-download the file from their site. They also send me some instructions to delete certain files from my registry, which I duly did. They asked me to check certain folders on my hard drive for certain file names, which I did not find mind you.

All this info I e-mailed back to them without a satisfactory explanation of the actual problem. I have by now removed this program 3 times from my computer and re-installed it the same number of times. I have reached the point where I do not want this software anymore and requested a refund. To this date no answer have been forth coming.

I have paid for this software to last until June 2005 as per an e-mail received from Panda. My client number is 71698716 at Panda.

As you can see I sit in a country called Namibia in the Southwest part of Africa. I have decided to call on you as I don't know who else to contact.
