I purchased a vacation package from Vacation tours for September the 4th.The airlines cancelled the flight due to hurricane Frances.

Now my travel agency will not help in the matter they tell to call the air lines and the airlines says you have to change you`re flight before September 30 or you will be penalized and we cant fly by the end of the month is this fair we want a refund.Can we get a refund?
