My complaint against NCO is that they are coming to my apartment to attempt to collect debt. I am not sure that this is legal. It is actually scaring me, but I don't have the money to pay them. I feel like I am being hunted down by a loan shark.

It took me several weeks to find out which company even turned me over to NCO and who NCO was. When I do start to pay off my debt...I can guarantee that American Express is the last company that will receive payment.
