Hello, I don't know who else to contact. My account was deactivated, but I am still receiving annoying yahoo e-mail alerts from the account. Though I do not understand why this was done to the account, I do not care about the account anymore.

I have sent several e-mails to the yahoo customer care center about this to have the situation corrected. It has been over 2 months and no one has made an attempt to call, e-mail me, and/or correct the problem.

If I no longer have the e-mail account with yahoo, then why am I still being hassled. All I want is for them to stop sending me anymore yahoo reminders for the deactivated account. Regards,
