Calling at all hours and too many times repeatedly looking for balance payment. Calling week days and weekends. Even though I've talked with various representatives on the phone and detailed present financial situation. They continue to hound with calls. Even after a payment was made to try and catch up The calls persist.

I told them repeatedly I'm a contract worker and the company I was working for had been very late in paying me. So obviously I could not pay them. I told them I would try to catvh up asap. As soon as I recieved payment from my company I sent what I could. They repeatedly call asking me to set up an advance payment before I have any funds in the bank I tell them no. They say well then we are going to keep calling.

I don't think that's neccessary. I think they are going over board with the calling. I thought there was a limit set by the better business or consumer agency to limit when and how they can call. The main problem is I work nights, I sleep during most of the day. They are bugging my spouse with these calls. She is subject to chrons atacks and can't always get up to answer the phone. They keep waking me up with these calls. I have explained may situation over and over.

Soon I will have a full time, non contract job job and will make reg payments as required and as I always did before for the last 4 years or longer. This company used to be known as Providian and I guess Aspire acquired them. Untill my employment situation changed I never had a problem. I don't think they have the right to nag. If I allready talked and explained my situation and what my intentions are. Don't know if this will come of anything

But at least it's good to vent. Dennis M. P
