REDIFF SHOPPING - I placed an order with Rediff Shopping on August 17, 2004 with the order Number: 2164884 which was approved on August 19,2004 is yet to be delivered to the location back in India as on September 06, 2004.

Complaint on REDIFF SHOPPING

Hi,

I placed an order with Rediff Shopping on August 17, 2004 with the order Number: 2164884 which was approved on August 19,2004 is yet to be delivered to the location back in India as on September 06, 2004.

When I contacted the customer service, Sarika Pawar mailed me saying that the order has been delivered on August 25, 2004 and I was given some tracking number.

To my surprise I found both the given information were wrong. Neither the order was delivered nor there exists a tracting number of that kind from Aramex. I contacted Aramex and they proved the same. When I asked for contact service telephone number the customer service has never issued one.

They are not ready even to cancel the same order. Rediff Shopping SUCKS and THEY CHEAT
