He then started yelling that he couldn't he me and telling me to speak - it is hard for others to hear me, but I don't appreciate being yelled at

I went there today around 2:30 p.m. The person on the window had me drive up to the window since he couldn't hear me. I drove up to the window and repeated what I just had said. He then started yelling that he couldn't he me and telling me to speak. It is hard for others to hear me, but I don't appreciate being yelled at. I will never go there again. This isn't the first time this has happened. Trust me, I would loved to talk in a normal voice. I have been without a voice for a long time. (years) It is not worth the time or aggravation to go to Rally's. My 91 yrs. old Mother love Rally's. She will not go again if I have to take here.
