Direct TV changes all my favorites lists every week sometimes daily. They do this for the same channels over and over even though there is no change for that channel. This is a major inconvenience for which their customer service group is totally unapologetic.

Customer service does not even know how the process operates, telling you some party line which is untrue. Go with digital cable.
