CVS Kodak PictureMaker

Today I visited the CVS in Bensalem, PA (Store #2131) and was sincerley disappointed. I was using the Kodak Photo Maker to print some photos of my 1 year old a friend had taken. However after printing about 5 sheets out, the manager asked if I had written permission to use the photos.

Since a friend had taken them and I had the hi-res shots on disk, not a print, she still wouldn't let me take the print with nor pay for them. It was quite disappointing and she was quite rude and offered no help and at the same, let 5 printed sheets go in the trash, at a cost to CVS.

I sincerely hope the manager is told about this and you don't let incidents go like this. Thank you, Chris B

I use to go to the one in Knoxville, Tn on Middlebrook Pike..the employees are rude and hateful..the Manager is the worse..I went in to have some photos transferred onto a cd using their picture maker..the woman in front of me was making a cd and was in a bathing suit she also had some racy photos even though nothing could be seen..the reason I know this is coz she asked if I found anything vulgar about her photos..I said no coz nothing could be seen the pics were tastefully done..I felt so bad for this poor woman one of the employees was inside the office, we had a great view of the office because of a huge window..the laughing employee called the Manager inside the office and was actually peering at a monitor and they were laughing and every once in awhile they would sneak a peek at the Woman..after her cd was made she paid quickly then left..I was picking out my photos to add to my disc when the Manager came up to me laughing and said "glad I'm not married to that tub" I cancelled my order took my memory card and said "I wont be back" I filed a formal complaint on that store and that manager and I had my cd made elsewhere!

CVS and Kodak OFOTO stink. CVS photo takes no accountability to their poor 1hr service. I ordered 1hr photos on Kodak Ofoto, and tried to pick-up my order 4 hours later, but CVS told me the 1hr photo service does not exist and it will take 4 days for my photos to arrive. They told me to go to CVS.com and my photos would be ready. I foolishly listened to them, and went back to order 1hr photos at CVS.com. When I tried to pick up my order 18 hrs later, they told me the machines were down, and that I should "chill out." What terrible service and complete misadvertising by both OFOTO and CVS. How can a chain operate and LIE to its consumers????
