I just taked to Mr. Nelson in Decatur IL who is goig to call me "right back". (it is now 10:10 am) MY SEPTIC TANK / AND OR WASTE SEWAGE BACKED CAME OUT OF MY STOOL AND TUB WHEN I TURNED ON MY WASHING MACHINE THIS MORNING. I told Mr. Nelson that I want a plumber in this house TODAY at the companies total expense.

There was so much water that it flowed down by the gallon down my laundry shoot and all my clothes in the laundry bin (play pen) in the basement are absolutely soaked AND the overflow is in a 30 foot square area on the basement floor. My bathroom floor is soaked and possibly the floor is damaged.

The hardwood floor with carpet is sopaked in my hallway and running into the 2nd bedroom. The company may need to be replacie my bathroom linoleum and repair my hardwood floors, too.!!! I told Mr. Nelson I want a company rep to see thhis NOW.

I AM TAKING PICTURES. There was debris in my tub yesterday evening and I was already suspicious that there was a problem with the plumbing from the Bathfitter installer from last Saturday 8/29/04 and Sunday 8/30/04 If this is not solved completely, there will be a report to Better Business Bureau and any other agency that pertains!!!!
