I have had some financial difficulty and stopped paying my bills, which i know is wrong, now i am trying to fix everything and as far as hrs goes they have doubled my bill, now they have assigned it to someone else and refuse to tell me what the charges are, it looks to me that there was another purchase made and it was not by me, don't i have the right to know what i am expected to pay for???
