Not only they call anytime, but they demand payment over the phone almost at gun-point(You can't always trust whose on the other line if they are being so persistent to pay over the phone). They act like corner loan sharks..

My payments have not been late over 30 days. I asked Option One to send me notice instead of getting a collection call before my account is 30 days past due. Italo M
