During installation, they told me I need additional parts which raised the cost of the project to $3700. Company gouged me on prices of these parts and regarding the water pump they said I needed, installed a used part instead of a new part.

In addition, they reinstalled parts they had damaged when taking off the old motor. The failure of the water pump and replacement of the damaged parts cost an additional $700, 12,000 miles later.

When I asked to see the invoice for the "new" water pump, they stated that the Long block comes with a water pump installed by the factory and if they would have used my old pump it would have to be sent to the factory to install - (easier to install at the factory). Thanks Joe B
