On February 12 I used this company's services to do my moving back to Brazil. As I did not have space for all my clothes I send some of them on a 27" box by the Confian&#231a Moving and storage. It took the right time to the box to get in Brazil, but when I went to pick the box up, I notice that the tape was different from the one I put when I left.

So I asked the guy how that happend and what should I do. So he told me that I should call the place in Sao Paulo, and they would solve it for me. When I got home, and opened the box it was missing 3 jackets and a pair of nike shoes.

So I call the number that he gave me, but then after some negotiations, the company told me that they would not reimburse me because I have signed the paper saying that I received the Box. And here I am trying to get my used jackets back. Flavia M -160Flavia M
