T-mobile family package - Purchased a T-mobile family package at Southlake Mall, one of those vendor stands in the middle of the walkways, about 3 weeks ago. The guy stated I can quit any time several times to me but failed to inform me that there would be a penalty

 



 

Purchased a T-mobile family package at Southlake Mall, one of those vendor stands in the middle of the walkways, about 3 weeks ago. The guy stated I can quit any time several times to me but failed to inform me that there would be a penalty.

 

He hoped I'd assume that meant I can quit without a "problem" and that is what I assumed. Even changing the type of plan is not as easy as they say. If you down grade, you lose most of the convenience such as all evenings.

 

After only a month, I am totally disappointed with them and can't wait to switch companies at the end of my term! I should've stayed with Cingular Wireless.
