Hello, I to went thru similar problems with my Welbilt bread maching this a.m.. I went to use it & it did not respond to anything my book said to try. Called the trouble-shooting number given in book & was disconnected.

Called local store for info on Welbilt, said they do not carry this product try internet. Tried internet found your info and found new company Welbilt merged with, called number, said they don't have anything to do with Customer Service of this product, and said best thing to do was to find local store that carried this product.

Called every major retail store in my area, to find that nobody carries this product, except that one said possibly carries this product @ seasonal time only (Thanksgiving & Christmas) Sooooooooo. I thought I would share this with you, and if anyone needs a book, I have one to the model #ABM4100T !!!!! Thank-you for your time From: Susan
