Dear Sir, This is with refreance regard that I am mr. Sunil Kumar from Paschim Vihar,New Delhi, I had lost my reliance mobile on 15.09.2004 that no. was 011-33472192 with ISD facilaty, recently i purchased the new reliance ph no. 011-36403705 on 20.09.2004 the ID proof was same.I have so many problam with your company i realy sufring my Phone. When i purchased the new reliance phone no. 011-36403705 i have received the masage from your side.1) Thanking you for Joind the Reliance . when you are asking for Extra amount charge for ISD line then i deposited Rs. 2000.00( Cash ) for special ISD line. Then with in three hours ISD line was connect then after two hours tha ISD line no was disconucted after that i was going your office on 10 times they are given four time ticket no then ISD line connected was 24.10.2004 then i have received the masage from your side on 25.10.2004 that time i was haridwar ( your service was not there ) and STD line also disconnected. then i special callad up my frinds and he is deposited 1022.00 after that my phone was ok , then i have received the masage from your side on 26.10.2004 at 6:50 PM ( your phone is activate) agian i have received another masage on 27.10.2004 at 4:34 PM they are said your bill is due Rs. 1843.86 ather wise you are not abale to outgoing call ( disconnected) after received the masage i had deposited Rs. 1900.00 on 29.10.2004 , but your masage is come and said received only 1492.15 on 29.10.2004 at 6:01 PM when received the masage for secend last they said when you deposited the mony then your ISD line connected but still now my ISD line is not connected, Sir, I am Importer From out of India i want every time STD/ISD facility if you are doing this type of work then why should i your coustomer. I have another line (TATA - 55451180 with STD/ISD,in the name of Mr. Ajay Kumar he is my brother) still no due date and which was misplace 33472192 that was no due amount why problam with us, if you want any advance pls colleccted my home and send me SMS. I am sufring from your Reliance Phone company . oneace agian i tall u my business is out of India so that i want every time STD / ISD line , when you are disconnected the please give me the four days the time. if you agree for that ... ather wise i surrender my phone pls tell me what is the formalits Thanks & Regards Sunil K
