COMCAST/Worst Company EVER....They don't provide any knowledge of what they plan to charge on your bill.. -

Sorry to say but I have had comcast for only one month and I already hate them....

They billed me for two months without telling me or my knowledge. No other phone company I have ever had made you pay $87.00 up front for two months.

What is the worst phone company in the world. COMCAST

First off: I wanted to pay my bill so I looked on there web site thinking I could find some payment centers to walk in and make a payment. Well I did and I went to three places, all of them telling me that they were only cable pay only Companies. I said how can comcast not take all there payments in one place. After this I knew I hated them already.

Second: I called the customer service line and a man explains that we have none in the county I live in. I said to him how can you guys service my area but have no payment centers. He told me there was one 30 miles away for the closest to my house.

I thought I hate them even more now and I just plan to go back to my old company now.

They suck......

Third: I go online trying to pay there stupid phone bill...All I see is on: (comcast.com ) Is you can pay high speed internet or cable. How stupid where is the info to pay this phone already?

So I am really heated by now.....I see enter you phone number as it appears on you bill all spaces and dashes. I entered it just as it is 50 times and comcast computer wont take it. Like I am supposed to know how many dashes there are in the letter without typing it out? DUHHHH What a shitty company.

Don't ever get with COMCAST whatever you do it has the worst of everything....
