17L92129) from M/s. AVON ELECTRONICS (Bill No. 020958 dated 16/03/1998), Nerul, Navi Mumbai on 16/03/1998, under the subject money back scheme. I have sent your security deposit receipt (No. E/00084552 dated 16/03/1998)to you by registered post

no. 1462 on 14/02/2004 I was asked to send relevant documents to "M/S. WELINGTON & ASSOCIATES, P.O. Box no. 223, Begumpet, Hyderabad-500 016", vide your letter no. 13560 dated 24/03/2004, which I have done by registered post with Acknowledgement no. 3236 on 17/04/2004 There has been no response from your end after that and when I contacted your office by phone, I was asked to talk to Mr. Rajput at Ahmad Nagar (Tel. No. 02412451922/ 02412451441). Despite of repeated reminders to this person over phone, there is no outcome from your end. This is least expected of a company of your repute and I am very much disappointed to find such poor

responses from your end. I hereby inform you that if your attitude remains the same, I will be forced to approach consumer forum and get justice. I would also like to bring it to your notice that due to this abnormal delay, I want you to pay the interest on the amount which was due for me as on 16/03/2004
