This is to inform you, that I purchased Videocon C. TV in 1998 with the Videocon Bond Certificate No. E/00086959 from M/s. Pupneja Radio & Electric Co., Jalalabad(w) with the promisery note of Rs. 8990 /- to be paid back to me in the year of 2003 . Now, after one year, I have not yet received the money from Videocon International Limited.

Further to bring to your notice that I have surrendered my Videocon Bond Certificate No. E/00086959 to Videocon International Limited, Auranganbad office. but i didn't any response from ur side. After this I have send all my documents relating this Offer and other documents to you. but i did not get any responnse from your company side.I have send all other documents ie. xerox of the original receipt given by your company,and the receipt from the dealer to your office at MUMBAI on dated 21

Nov.,2003. But i did not get any response from your company.

Now, my query is as under :

I want to know that when will you give me my Money. acc to the commitment. it is very late.More than one year has gone. but I am still waiting for my money.

I would ask you to reply to this within a period of next 10 days, after which I shall be forced to take this matter further & will be definitely forced to take legal action against Videocon International Limited & also to take this matter to Consumer Protection Cell.
