Detailed Complaint: I have applied for a credit card in the month of August 2004. I was told by your representative who came to my office (Infosys Bhubaneswar) that it will be delivered to me in the beginning of September. But I am yet to receive the Credit card.

I have received the pin code in the mean time. Please let me know the status of the card and send me the same at your earliest. Also let me know the procedure by which I can procure the same as soon as possible.
