Because I did and I am sending it with other complaints to BBB and also FBI because this gang may be running a racket. I have ordered some precious gems and I was told the product will be priority shipped. The product was never for 4 weeksn then it was never priority shipped but the shipping and handling they charged was three times what they quoted during the order placement. And what they sent was some fancy stuff from a dollar store. Please don't trust these guys and if you have ordered anythng make sure you cancel the order and notify your credit card company about these frauds.
