Rude, insolent, unprofessional, threatening.. . . .

These few words should be enough to describe my experience with the aforementioned company but they simply do not do justice.

I requested that they not call my parents house anymore as I do not live there and my stepfather works nights and they keep waking him up to which they replied "why don't you borrow the money from your daddy then we will leave him alone." I could type two pages about everything they said but I am going to pursue this through the FTC.

Oh, I also tried the supervisor route and was met with the same unprofessionalism and rudeness.
