We bought a mattress, box springs and frame and had the protection put on the mattress. As soon as we started sleeping on the bed a large sink hole came about. They sent someone out to measure the hole as the same way they had us do.

They replaced the mattress and wanted us to pay delivery and for the same stain protection again. Again as soon as we started sleeping on this mattress the same thing happened again.

But when I call them out they would send truck drivers and they would crawl over my bed looking for small spots.

Then they said they couldn't take the bed. They told us to clean the small red spot. Since there is protection on it the spot turned yellow. A large discolored spot where is was wet.

This has nothing to do with the large sink hole in the mattress that we pay a lot for and it has a 10 year

warrant. We have had this mattress in storage for over two years it is not fix to sleep on.

We are ready to sue or what ever it takes.
