Air Force Member, I was doing a google search and ran into the same complaint others have, I was an outstanding member with ATT Universal Card most of my people career. ATT recently lowered my ATT card to 11.9, then I went home on leave to my daughters wedding, unfortunately being on the road and visiting home we used are credit card from ATT. When I returned for the month of Sept 04, my interest rate nearing TRIPLED from 11.9 to 28.9.

We having never had a late payment with this place and even just purchase a house 30 days earlier and was informed my credit was excellent. I cannot believe this is even legal and I do not even know where to voice my complaint.

ATT has pretty much blown me off and gave me a phone number of an automated answering system that will not do nothing for you. Guess since they no I am in the military they can can there money regardless. THANKS ATT!!! Joe & R
