I have had Cox Cable for a few years now and haven't ever had a problem with them. Well suddenly on Sunday they cut our cable off.

When my husband called customer service (we were up to date on our bill) they told him that it was a mistake and would be able to have someone out there on Thursday----THURSDAY AND NO CABLE BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE!?!?

Finally my husband got angry about it and the lady scheduled an appt for 8 am Monday morning.

Monday morning the guy was here on time and went into our back yard to plug it back in and he couldn't get to it, had to go around and go through the neighbors back yard to get to the plug.

They neighbors weren't home, so we had to wait out until the neighbors got home.

Why the heck do they put a cable box for everyones service in someone elses back yard when they aren't going to have access to it at all times!? I don't understand this! Thats wrong! ~~~~~* Blessed Be *~~~~~ Candi
