Nextel - Through numerous tries we have been unable to resolve disputed charges on our phone bill with nextel they have been ripping us off for years. Recently we tried to upgrade our phones to obtain a larger rate plan, they never went into effect and they are charging us for it. Our bill shows overage from our rate plan.

Subject: Nextel & other phone companies ripping people off. Through numerous tries we have been unable to resolve disputed charges on our phone bill with nextel they have been ripping us off for years. Recently we tried to upgrade our phones to obtain a larger rate plan, they never went into effect and they are charging us for it. Our bill shows overage from our rate plan.

Our bill also shows the same # being called 3 times in one minute and being charged 3 minutes for one phone call. It happens when you cant hear someone so you have to call it back.

That happens when servise is crapppy! I would like to take some coarse of action. We recieved two months of rediculous phone charges. We had spoken to them after our first $ 1900 phone bill. Now we recieved another bill for $ 1700.

First time shame on you, second time shame on me? They have unlimited rate plans for $ 199, Why would we want to pay $ 1900/$1700. Could someone help us prevent this from happening to someone else. Click this link to e-mail the above consumer: //
