My name is Erika B. My husband and I have had excellent credit until recently. Our daughter, who recently started to establish credit has the same name as I do, only she has a middle name.

The problem is that her financial information is coming up on my credit report causing my credit score to lower. I have tried to get a credit report from each of the main credit agencies, Equifax, Trans Union, and Experian through their web sites.

Unfortunately, I am denied the information, because there is a conflict with the name and social security number, and am referred to telephone numbers that are useless or out of order. I can't find a "real live" person to talk to, to get information on what steps to take.

Could someone out there please advice or comment on what I could do.
