Claim Amt: $65.85 Claim No. 246058697 Microsoft has placed my account with you for collection. The subscription fees they say are due are not. I've never had MSN. Once when I tried to download MSN and put in my credit card it failed to take my credit card and MSN would not load right.

So I got Roadrunner with Time Warner Cable. I was not looking at my statements for my Capital One since I did my bills online. MSN had been billing my account monthly.

When I found this out I spoke to a Rep this must have been awhile back and the account was closed. But I am not disputing what they took from my account that was my fault for not checking my statements but again I've never had MSN. I would be happy to pay the balance if I had used their services.

How can MSN charge someone for something they’ve never had? I believe I am now going to the TV stations in Houston for help on this matter since I can’t seem to get this resolved. I refuse to pay for something I never had. Can't Msn see for themselves when someone is using their services online? If that is the case then they would see I never used their services.

I will be mailing MSN this same letter also. And then taking further action myself. This is just plain crazy. I'm an honest person and have always been. Thanks Shirley J C Shirley
