MTNL phone dead for last 15 days

Dear sir,

My phone 011-26801702 was installed at 108, IInd floor , Gurgaon Mehraulli Road New Mangla Puri, New Delhi-30 on Ist week of july 2004. This phone is attached with Chattarpur Exchange. Functionality of this phone is :

1. Very bad

2. In an average, once a week it goes out of order

3. My extra work is to file a complain at 198 and wait for the response which is as per the wise of MTNL maint. goup.

4. The drop wire is very thin and is lying between the Elctricity wires

5.The phone is dead since last 15 days and I am fed up complaining and taking the complaint number each day and hoping for a response from MTNL .

6.Today'scomplaint number is 342 .after getting fed upwith these numbers, I have come to you for help and I hopethat you will forward this complaint to the person concerned so that he can take relevent action to restore my phone. regards, Pankaj B
