I purchased a large desk (bookcases, file cabinets) , bombe chest and one coffee table and one end table from the Ashley Furniture Home Store in May, 2004.

 

After arranging delivery on September 14th, the store cancelled the delivery without my knowledge due to a billing error in the store that claims I bought three tables rather than two and that I still owe for one of them.

 

Because of their billing mistake, no one will schedule the delivery or fix the problem. The store manger and regional manager are always "unreachable" and do not respond to any messages. No one seems to have the ability to correct their mistake. At this point, I have requested a refund, however, they will not allow a refund unless we want to pay a 30% restocking fee. Despite repeated attempts, the company will not Provide me with a resolution. Help!! Thanks for much for your help. Lisa S
