Cafe Rosto Home coffee roaster
Cafe Rosto ... I recently posted a complaint in September 2004 against the company that makes and distributes the Cafe Rosto coffee bean roaster. Everything I said in my original message is true, however Brightway Industries is now under new management.
And when I contacted them recently about my problems with the prior manager, the new managers were very kind and responsive to my plight. They've sent me a new one, which works the way it's supposed to. So I'd like to update my complaint or have it withdrawn. The new people are great over there at Brightway, quite a change from the other people who were completely unresponsive to my complaints. Thanks, Brian D brian d

Distributor of Cafe Rosto home coffee bean roasting machine. This thing costs about $140. I bought it through www.sweetmarias.com, which is a good outfit. But one I got the roaster home, it broke after the third use. So I called them and they sent me a part to install. I installed the part, but it still didn't work.
So I sent the unit back to Brightway, which imports this thing from Korea or China. Six months later, I still haven't gotten my roaster back. I've called and emailed a bunch of times, but have gotten nothing. This roaster sucks, and the company is even worse.
