Anglian's salesman visited us three times to provide estimates and finally visited us with his sales manager when we agreed to sign a contract and give them a deposit. They then surveyed the property and produced a new contract to sign which we duly did.

When we chased delivery we were told that Anglian would only honour the contract if they could exclude the bay window and the round topped window and if we would agree to a 60% increase in price for less product. It seems that a signed contract means nothing.

Beware of ANglian taking you all the way down the road at a reasonable price and then trying to increase the price dramatically at the last moment, (after they have your deposit).

They also denied that special offers were still available which were found on their website five minutes after the claim was made.

Beware. This was large installation and we are talking about a lot of money.
