In response to the complaint by Clyde L of Lubbock, TX I would like to post this response:
Our website www.cashsaver.net clearly states: Welcome to the Cash Saver Online Store This Web Site is only for customers that have a Cash Saver certificate and is designed to make your purchasing experience quick and easy.
It also clearly states: Please read all the terms and conditions on your certificate before redeeming either by mail or at this website.. Most of your questions can be answered by reading the certificate carefully. Clyde found our website and threatened to sue us for discrimination if we did not allow him to purchase without a certificate. He was expecting $500 in groceries to come in the mail and he received our offer to order grocery coupons. He did not have a coupon that explained our offer in detail, like the thousands of other customers who use our website and so he had no idea what he was ordering. The reason the Better Business Bureau allows us to be a member is because we don't generate complaints in our business. We showed the BBB our email to Capt Clyde and they closed the case as he had no valid complaint.

That's an additional $100 to receive the coupons that were advertised at $10. That's $110 for the $500 in coupons. I just wonder how many people would just let this pass and just got screwed out of $10 so what. These people need to go to jail. I can't believe that the BBB allows them to remain a member.
