Cigna health insurance - Every time I have to go to the doctor, I get a bill. Cigna is supposed to cover all but the $10 co-pay. When I call, they say that the claim was filed incorrectly and that they will fix it.

Every time I have to go to the doctor, I get a bill. Cigna is supposed to cover all but the $10 co-pay. When I call, they say that the claim was filed incorrectly and that they will fix it. It seems like they file all claims incorrectly in an effort to sneak one past the customer.
I'm sure that some people just send a check. Be careful with Cigna.
