I was informed they no longer do that kind of service, even though at the time of purchase I was led to believe I would be getting all I had on my previous contract. I am retired, on a fixed income, and am extremely upset over the treatment I received from reps and managers at the South Hills Sears.
I would appreciate some sort of explaination as to why customers are treated badly, lied to, and what not just to make sales.
