Last year we hired a local fall river business called comfort zone heating and air conditioning. We delt with the owner of the company directly and for the first few months had no problems. when it came to start up our system in the spring, everything went wrong, pipes burst in the attic damaging our ceilings, rooms not getting cool, parts being placed in places they weren't supposed to.

We had an agreement with the company that they would service the system under warranty for a year. After calling the company everyday and them telling us they would be here day after day, noone ever showed up. We filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, come to find out that they keep changing there address so that no complaints could be filed against them. Other people we knew are having the same problem with the company in the SAME ways.

Others have gone to lawyers and they say there isn't anything we could do, the company will just file bankruptcy and we would loose out on all the money spent on lawyers and in the services. The BBB told us there is nothing they could do. We have even talked to a former employee that has quit because he saw what the owner was doing to people.

If there is any way you could help us buy... we aren't looking for money or anything, we just want this problem to be fixed and help others in the same situation.
