Spectrum Home Furnishings

I bought 6 chandeliers from Spectrum Home Furnishings over the internet. It took over two months to recieve them, and every single one came broken. The sales help was immediately combative and very unhelpful. They would only offer to replace damaged parts, which involves picking through a box of

glass shards; and dangerous and very time consuming task.

Finally, after many many frustrating phone calls where I was yelled at, lied to, put on hold without any hope of a person coming back on the line, after two months they agreed to take back the two most badly damaged. The replacement took over a month to arrive, it too was broken and also missing all of the hanging pendants (so it was a skeleton of a chandelier). Again, they would only send replacement parts, that took two weeks, and today that also arrived broken. On the phone, the employees (usually surly, aggressive, rude young men) refuse to give their last name, make personal insults, interrupt, put you on hold, and finally we ended on a note of sexual harrassment when Jeff (Jeff Who I don't know, they refuse to give last names) accused me of being among many other things "prepartum". I suppose that was his stab at me for mentioning that I was 7 months pregnant and hoping to avoid further inconveniece. So, I was accused of having a pregnancy related mental illness.Five months into this, and after being yelled at and told that he was "not sending any replacement parts and throwing my file in the garbage" (and my $1,000), I asked who my lawyer should contact, he said himself but refused to give any information beyond "Jeff".To the consumers: I can't express to you how frustrating an experience this had been. In my opinion, in their dealings with me, Spectrum did not display one iota of professional integrity or ethics. It would be

impossible for me to have had a worse experience, and I would highly reccomend using anyone but them.
