My family and I visited the McDonalds restaurant located in Cambridge, Ontario Wal-Mart and we proceeded to order our food. My daughter brought it to my attention that her nuggets did not taste right. I examined the nugget and discovered that it was not fully cooked and that she had already ate 3 of them.

I brought it to the attention of the Asst. Manager and he directed his staff to make whatever my daughter wanted to eat they were to give it to her as well as we were to receive free ice-cream treats.

We were not interested to have any dessert considering the experience my daughter just had so we declined.

The manager had left and as I went to the counter to receive coupons the girl instructed me that they do not have coupons so she proceeded to write on a sticky note and IOU.

All of our info was taken down and I was instructed that the head manager will call me the next day in which she did stating the IOU wouldnt of been excepted at any date.

She asked if my daughter was feeling ok and told me she was sending coupons in the mail. Well it has been now 2 weeks and still nothing in the mail. I only live 20 mins away, out of town from there so the mail service is not that slow.

They have just made up my mind that McDonalds doesn't not stand for good food,service or quality. Its a joke!
