Since the day it was delivered we had problems with it

On April 19th 2004 I purchased a spa tub through Master Spas of Long island located at 1611 Lakeland Avenue in Bohemia NY 11716

Since the day it was delivered we had problems with it. I called numerous times to have a serviceman come to fix it and 6 times they came out and did nothing. Finially Richard Tamberino who is sopposed to be a manager over there comes looks at it and decides we will be given a replacement spa.

That was 7 weeks ago, today I called to see where it was and I find out they never ordered one and did not intend on it!!!!!! Where are our cunsumer rights!!!!!!

I spoke with yet someone else today and they tell me that another technician will come next week because the guys who looked at it prior are not technicians--well why were they sent out ?????????

I t has been since April that I spent 6,000 dollars and I still do not have a spa tub I can use....
