Royal Camera Online Store - Tried to buy a Nikon digital camera from Royal Camera (royalcamera.com) and when they called to “confirm” the order they were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

Tried to buy a Nikon digital camera from Royal Camera (royalcamera.com) and when they called to “confirm” the order they were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

All I wanted was the camera body and a couple of lenses, no package or accessories. I was ready for the sales push on these items as I have made online camera purchases before.

The “salesman” was pushing all the normal items you would expect, warranty, connection cords, battery, etc.. When I informed this person (that refuse to give their name by the way) I was not going to purchase any of these items they were absolutely the rudest person I ever dealt with. I mean the nerve of me to buy a 3rd party $22.95 battery charger cable instead of their “factory” $245.00 cable that he said I had to have!! The salesman hung up on me after I repeatedly asked him to provide his name!! Stay away from this company unless you want to get ripped off buying overpriced accessories and want to deal with irate sale people. Ed G
