Tires Plus Total Car Care, 3910 SW College Rd, Ocala, FL - Bought complete tire pkg,including hazard warranty on tires for my wife's car Jan 3,2001. 60,000 mile warranty tires have been rotated 3 times and balanced,looked like they were "rounding off". The location in St. Augustine,fl says that is a natural occurrence for these tires.I went to Tire Plus in Ocala, Fl. Oct.8,2004,for the 24,000 mi rotation and had them check 1 tire for leakage.

They micrometered the front rotors and checked the brake cyl,saw moisture under the rubber (condensation) in Fl. Car is not used often.Tech said tires needed to be replaced and new rear brake cylinders were needed.Says car needs front end alignment every 6000 mi,which does not agree with factory specs,front end is as tight as when new.

These tires were this way the first time I took them in to be rotated,I complained about them then. Only 2/5 of this contract warranty has been used ,yet they say I am obligated to replace the tires at my own expense simply because I did not have an alignment done at their shop every 6,000 miles,which would have been a greater expense than the tires after 3 or 4 alignments. Front end is in perfect alignment, no reason for that.

Tech says tires were rounded due to lack of air in tires-NOT SO! Tires were accurately aired before I went to the shop,checked them regularly at home with my own air compressor. My son is a FORD TECH and he regularly checks the brakes so we know there is no problem with brakes. HELL WILL FREEZE OVER BEFORE I BUY ANOTHER TIRE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM OLSON TIRE ,TIRES PLUS TOTAL CAR CARE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TOTAL RIPOFF! Thanks for letting me voice my opinion about these shysters,hope it will same some other poor guy a few bucks.
