Virgin Active Gym membership - I took out a one year gym membership at the Virgin Active gym in PMB in December 2002. The fee was to be deducted by a stop order monthly. This was all fine. After the end of one year I decided not to renew my membership.

I have however received threatening letters about money I owe for the year I did not sign up for. I have not been to their gym for more than 1 and &#189 years. I have phoned the members service department 4 times now.

Either I get put on hold and eventually disconnected or the say the appropriate person will call me back. This has never happened. I do not know what to do as I am still receiving bills for a contract I never had and nobody to talk to. Yours in frustration Guy B
