Cingular store in Anniston, AL - On June 23, 2003 I purchased 2 new cell phones from Cingular store in Anniston, AL. Both phones promised a $100 rebate for both phones within 8-10 weeks. It's now October 7, 2004 and I haven't heard a word from them, let alone a check.

Cingular Rebates not received

On June 23, 2003 I purchased 2 new cell phones from Cingular store in Anniston, AL. Both phones promised a $100 rebate for both phones within 8-10 weeks. It's now October 7, 2004 and I haven't heard a word from them, let alone a check.

It's been over 4 months and when I check on the website it states it will still be another 4-6 weeks. Had I known I'd pay $400 for phones without getting the rebate within a reasonable period of time I would've never purchased them.

Cingular should be more selective with whom they do business and this will be my last purchase from them with a promise of a rebate! DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO THE REBATE DEAL!
