STEVE MOREHEAD ON SEPT 24 2004 I had my company truck serviced there (oil filter and lube air filter and fuel filter ) cost 82.15 the service tech apparently over tightened the oil filter and caused a slight drip , the drip turned into a leak and so on oct. 5 2004 I took my truck into the dealership to have the drip looked at .

The ford dealership showed me the problem and explained how it happened and replaced the oil and filter at a cost of 64.00 dollars . I have been trying to talk to the manager who has NOT BEEN AVAILABLE FOR 3 DAYS now .

I mentioned it to my elderly father and said he had the same problem and agreed to pay them again to fix his drippy oil problem he will never go back nor should any one who lives in the north Oxnard area .

I am, correction, was a regular customer for this business for an oil change every 3 months. The reason why I am extremely aggravated with the service of your company is because I went there April 28, 2008 at 4:20pm to get my oil change and I was denied service and was told to "come back tomorrow" because they closed at 4:30pm. So I wasted my luch hour on something that I was willing to pay but was denied. I was happy with previous services just yesterday made me rethink about going back there again or recommending the place.
