I have recently married, moved from the residence and change phone numbers. Fees for this service are being automatically deducted from my checking account. I need to cancel my monthly service and STOP the deductions to my account.

I do not have access to my info to do this online. I need to talk with a 'live' person to ensure my account will stop being deducted. I have been trying for 3 weeks to reach someone.
