Baskin and Robins, Ellis Ave., Jackson, MS - Today, I purchased some icecream in Jackson, MS at the Baskin and Robins on Ellis Ave. A sale occured by two for $8.00. Well, to make a long story short, a young lady gave me chocolate instead of chocholate chip ice cream.

Baskin and Robins Ice Cream

This may sound petty to some, however, it really made me angry. Today, I purchased some icecream in Jackson, MS at the Baskin and Robins on Ellis Ave. A sale occured by two for $8.00. Well, to make a long story short, a young lady gave me chocolate instead of chocholate chip ice cream.

The problem is, I live in Clinton, Ms and just happen to be in Jackson, which is about 30 miles apart. I called the Manger who was rude and he told me to bring it back. This was to far. I asked him for the district manager's telephone number, but he refused.

I called another Baskin and Robins (Clinton) he could not give me a district number or atleast said that there was not one.

What is going on? Who runs this company? Who is responsible?

A tired frustrated mother/teacher.
