Att Wireless - In Dec 2003 we converted to their new GSM service upon the recomendation of the CSR. We were shown as well as told thaT the coverage in Morgantown WV was excellent - months go by and my daughter starts school there and her phone is virtually useless there

THis is my complaint against Att Wireless. In Dec 2003 we converted to their new GSM service upon the recomendation of the CSR. We were shown as well as told thaT the coverage in Morgantown WV was excellent.

Months go by and my daughter starts school there and her phone is virtually useless there, It is then explained to me that Sprint and Verizon rule in that area and there is nothing we can do. I fought

endless hours with the most rude csrs I have ever dealt with and got nowwhere.

I wanted to cancel my service which was not available in the area they told me it was and go with another carrier that was. After many discussions with supervisors I was told that they would make an

exception and relase me from the early term fee of 175.

He would not give me his name for security reasons, Later that month I went to Verizon, got a new phone that works in the area I needed, Later I received a bill from att charging me for the cacellation fee.,,,I have written to them several times, because calling is just a ridiculous waste of time. I want the 175 charge removed befor I clear up the remain amounts of serve that was used on the last bill.
